Inspection Date

Kindly confirm the estimated inspection or audit date with your supplier. We will also reconfirm the exact date with them before the factory visit.

QC Requirements

If needed, please email us the product details, inspection requirements (they can be separate files), or any other relevant documents. This information will help us conduct a more thorough and targeted inspection.

Service Booking

Please email us the completed booking form at least two days before the inspection date, so our inspector can arrive at your designated factory on time.

Payment

After booking confirmation, we will issue a proforma invoice via email. Please ensure payment is made before the scheduled inspection or audit date. We accept bank transfers and PayPal.
